If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your permanent makeup appointment, this may be considered a missed appointment and is subject to 25% missed appointment fee. Non-refundable $100 appointment fee for tattoo services.  Your $100 appointment fee will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo upon completion.
